PHP Developer (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a skilled, enthusiastic PHP developer with a good understanding of Laravel/MySQL. This role is a full time, hybrid position with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.

Role

Based in the popular seaside town of Blackpool, you'll be working predominantly on our pioneering analytics software and systems. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing team that is constantly striving to improve analytical systems and remain at the cutting edge of technology. This role will suit a developer with a passion for video games who is ready for the challenge of working with all the data that gaming has to offer.


Required Skills

  • PHP 7 OOP/MVC
  • Laravel/Symfony
  • Solid understanding of MySQL
  • HTML & CSS
  • Version Control - Git preferable
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript - We mainly use jQuery but exposure to Vue/React is welcome

Desirable Skills

  • Experience working with large data sets
  • Linux Server Experience
  • API integration experience - Social Media platforms in particular
  • Elastic Search experience
